TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 07/10/26
Welcome to Lala. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
This website is operated by Lala Modest Activewear, Lala.activewear@gmail.com
Products and pricing
We try to display our products, colours and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by an error, in which case you'll receive a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including your right to cancel an online purchase within the legally required period.
